Include-IT Mersey is a Digital Inclusion project helping people to get online across the Liverpool City Region. Funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund (ESF), the project aims to improve digital learning and skills across Liverpool, Halton, Knowsley, Sefton, St Helens and the Wirral
